A.J. Brown was confident in the ability of the New England Patriots’ receivers to beat the Seattle Seahawks’ secondary in New England’s 13-10 loss to Seattle on Wednesday.
“If y’all boys just could hold up, we gonna score this s–t,” Brown told the Patriots’ offensive linemen during the game in a video released by the team. “They cannot f–k with none of us at wide receiver, I’m telling you. We running wide open, you hear me?”
Brown caught three of his four targets for 26 yards against the Seahawks before exiting the game in the third quarter due to an ankle injury.
