The Washington Commanders are back in Ashburn for Phase 3 of offseason activities(OTAs). Defensive coordinator Joe Whitt Jr spoke to the media before today’s practice. Today is also the first day of media availability. Terry McLaurin, Laremy Tunsil, and Marshon Lattimore aren’t at today’s practice session again according to multiple reports. McLaurin had been participating in other phases of OTAs, but reportedly wants a new deal, and GM Adam Peters has said they’ve been working towards that mutual goal after the season ended.

Quan Martin
Whitt said he briefly dropped Quan Martin to the second-team last offseason because the safety was making too many mistakes. Then Quan impressed over the next three practices and kept it up.
