The Ravens are keeping another weapon for Lamar Jackson in Baltimore for the foreseeable future by signing Rashod Bateman to a three-year contract extension.The four-year veteran and former first-round pick in 2021 is coming off a career year with 45 catches for 756 yards and nine touchdowns. Bateman finally showed the potential he flashed his rookie season and developed a good rapport with Lamar Jackson, especially around the red zone. He was second on the team with his nine touchdowns through the air, and was third in the NFL in yards per catch at 16.8. He reportedly has signed a three-year extension worth $36.75 million with $20 million guaranteed. This comes only one year after he signed a two-year extension for $12.5 million and he is now signed through the 2029 season.
