The Buffalo Bills continued their run on defense on Day 2 of the 2025 NFL Draft.

The Bills took defensive tackle T.J. Sanders with the 41st selection, after moving up in a swap of multiple picks with the Chicago Bears.
Buffalo received picks 41, 72 and 240 from Chicago in exchange for picks 56, 62 and 109.
Sanders, who stands 6’4” and weighs 291 pounds, racked up 8.5 sacks and 16.5 tackles for loss over the past two seasons.
Bills new DT T.J. Sanders is known to play with violence and a high motor.

With pick 72, the Bills took EDGE Landon Jackson.
The 6’6”, 264 pound edge rusher had 13 sacks the past two seasons with Arkansas, and was named All-SEC.
Brandon Beane said they felt like they needed to get younger on defense. Landon Jackson was the highest player on their board when he came up in the 3rd round.
