Aaron Rodgers‘ wife Brittani is keeping her identity a secret.
On June 10, the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback revealed that he gotten secretly married, telling press that the ceremony was “a couple months” ago. The confirmation came a month after Rodgers was spotted wearing what appeared to be a wedding band at a Kentucky Derby event in May.
Rodgers first revealed he had a girlfriend during a December 2024 episode of The Pat McAfee Show. He gave few details about his new partner, Brittani, but shared that she tends to stay out of the spotlight — a stark contrast from many of his past romances.
The football player has had several high-profile relationships, including with actresses Shailene Woodley and Olivia Munn, as well as retired NASCAR star Danica Patrick. In his 2024 Netflix docuseries, Aaron Rodgers: Enigma, the football player opened up about how dating celebrities made it “a little bit more difficult” to keep his romantic life private.
“I didn’t do myself any favors with some of the girls I dated after that that were in the public eye,” he said. “I definitely hated it at first — like, really despised it. I enjoyed my private life.”

The NFL player first went public with a new relationship during a December 2024 episode of The Pat McAfee Show, when he casually mentioned his “girlfriend Brittani.”
Rodgers had been discussing his Christmas shopping habits, explaining that he now orders gifts online rather than going to a mall — which also made for some holiday stress.
“There was one package left for my girlfriend Brittani that hadn’t showed up yet,” he said. “I was waiting on this to show up, it showed up today.”
He called their relationship “serious” in April 2025

On April 17, a few months after Rodgers revealed his new relationship status, he returned to The Pat McAfee Show and gave a rare update about how his romance with Brittani was going.
While discussing being a free agent quarterback at the moment, Rodgers explained that he has other priorities at the forefront.
“I’m in a different phase of my life,” he said. “I’m 41 years old, I’m in a serious relationship. I have off the field stuff going on that requires my attention.”
She has stayed out of the spotlight

During his December 2024 appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, Rodgers revealed few details about his new girlfriend, but mentioned that Brittani is private.
After he first mentioned her name, one of the co-hosts, who appeared caught off guard by Rodger’s revelation, jokingly asked, “Spears?”
“Not Britney Spears, no, this is Brittani with an ‘i,’ ” Rodgers clarified, adding that his new girlfriend doesn’t watch The Pat McAfee Show and doesn’t have social media, but he “thinks” she is a fan of host Pat McAfee.

Although Rodgers has been private about his new romance, he has shared some insight into how it’s made him feel.
After McAfee suggested that Rodgers was “in love” during his December episode, the NFL MVP smiled and replied, “It’s a good feeling boys. It is.”

Rodgers has been open about experiencing mental health struggles over the years, including how he’s used psychedelic drugs to help him on his journey to find love.
During an August 2022 appearance on the Aubrey Marcus Podcast, Rodgers shared that ayahuasca, a plant-based psychedelic, helped him love himself “unconditionally,” which also impacted his relationship with others.
“To me, one of the core tenets of your mental health is that self-love,” he said. “It’s only in that unconditional self-love, that then I’m able to truly be able to unconditionally love others.”
The NFL player continued, “And what better way to work on my mental health than to have an experience like that?”

During a press conference on June 10, Rodgers revealed that he was married after confirming he was wearing “a wedding ring.”
While he remained tight-lipped on the details of the secret wedding, he said it took place “a couple months” ago.
The announcement came nearly one month after Rodgers sparked marriage rumors while wearing a dark-colored band on his ring finger at a Kentucky Derby event.
After the outing, fans began speculating online that he had possibly gotten secretly married.
“Looks like AR is officially a married man??? Peep the ring on his left ring finger.” one user wrote on X.
