Former Buffalo Bills wide receiver Lee Evans was given the honor of announcing the team’s Day 2 picks at the 2025 NFL draft last week in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Evans, the 13th overall pick in the 2004 NFL draft, played seven of his eight years in the league with the Bills. He had two 1,000-yard seasons in Buffalo while racking up over 6,000 career receiving yards.

The former first-rounder etched his name into Bills’ record books during his time there (2003-10). He finished his Bills career having recorded the third-most receiving yards (5,934) and third-most receiving touchdowns (43) in team history.
Evans, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, returned to his college state to announce the picks, both of which were defensive players as the Bills continue to add to that side of the ball this offseason.
