The first NFL game in Ireland will almost certainly be a sellout, though it may leave a number of frustrated fans in its wake.

More than 600,000 people have joined the online queue to purchase tickets to the matchup between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Minnesota Vikings on September 28. Tickets went on sale on Ticketmaster at 12pm Dublin time on Tuesday, with a waiting room opening up an hour before. But the line was slow-moving, and several reports have fans waiting for several hours to for their turn to buy, only to be turned away by technical issues. Meanwhile, tickets have already appeared on secondary market websites at highly inflated prices.

According to the Irish Times, the update from the website after four and a half hours said: “This is a popular sale and wait times are expected to be long. Your place in the queue is secure and there are still tickets available. Thank you for your patience.”

Nearly nine hours after the tickets went on sale, the game appeared to be essentially sold out, with just a few scattered single tickets remaining.

Tickets started at €85 ($97.64 dollars) for a Category 7 ticket, which is located in the upper tier of the Davin Stand at Dublin’s Croke Park. Similar tickets on eticketing.co show a price nearly four times that of €275.

The Steelers will be the designated home team for the historic matchup. Steelers’ president Art Rooney II and his family have deep roots in Ireland. The family’s ancestral home is in Newry, County Down, and the late Dan M. Rooney, Art’s father, served as U.S. ambassador to Ireland under former President Barack Obama.

If the game is a success, the NFL is likely to export more regular-season games to Ireland in the future. If today’s ticket sale is any indication, it will at least be very popular.
