SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Football fans can meet New York Giant and former Syracuse University football player Tommy DeVito at the upcoming Pizza and Pasta festival.
The event, which runs on Friday, July 11 and Saturday July 12 in Syracuse’s Inner Harbor features more than 20 food trucks, craft beer vendors, and more.
DeVito will make an appearance on Saturday the 20th, and fans can meet him during a meet & greet event starting at $20. For an extra ten dollars, fans can also get a chicken cutlet sandwich and a bottle of wine alongside their time with Devito, who gained the nickname “Tomy Cutlets” after expressing love for his mother’s preparation of the meal. The meet & greet runs from noon to 10:00 p.m.
DeVito’s appearance was first teased by social media account Eat Local New York in May. Tickets to the Syracuse Pizza and Pasta festival start at $5 for early bird admission and can be purchased by following this link.
