I really like MacMillan, as we talked about in the draft process.

I really like this fit actually, it’s one I kind of was maybe MacMillan TMac would end up as a Panther, but then really as of now sat here, as you say, now we get to review how these guys fit in there.
Yeah, this is gonna be a lot of fun, especially with Bryce Young, because Bryce Young can give him a chances.
Bryce Young loves throwing back shoulders, which also I think MacMillan is gonna thrive with.
And then another synergy thing that I’m really, really excited about with these two is Bryce Young, like Kim Ward a little bit, likes to scramble to throw.
You know, he likes to run around and find throws.

What was we talked about this, what was shining example of M’s tape, all the scramble drills, and he’s exceptional on them because he has a good feel for space and he’s a big body.
And I was like, OK, here we go.
There’s some like stylistic overlap here.
So that’s got me a little bit more excited about this, but he’s gonna be the number one receiver there.
They have auxiliary options too, which will help him out.
I like the offensive line.
I’m kind of like Let’s go Panthers offense.
Like this is, I think this Panthers offense could be at least a top half unit, top 15, top 16 unit.
I’m not gonna say top 5 or anything, but really complete unit that I think MacMillan’s gonna hit the ground running in this offense is gonna hit the ground running.

Just when they actually throw the ball to MacMillan, I pointed this out this morning after um at Dunk on Demand, who’s a a Panther, they follows the Panthers and everything, put out a 3 minute video of Bryce Young throwing digs and inbreakers, uh, MacMillan in reception.
Perception, 14.1% of his chartered routes were a dig, um, and 82.5% success rate.
Both were above the prospect average.
That’s really where I think his separation skills are best expressed.
And even though Bryce Young’s a smaller quarterback, I do think he kind of stands out from the small guys, Nate, that he actually does operate the middle of the field really well.

That’s always been why I’ve been like.
Not totally out on him.
I’ve always been, I’ll be full disclaimer, I’ve always been a lower on Bryce Young guy than others, especially after the rookie year, but I thought last year the growth was real and the comfort level, and you could see how he wins now, and it’s not Kyler, it’s not Russell Wilson, he’s totally a different animal than those guys.
Um, it’s really God.
It’s almost Brock Purty-ish, like, you know, it’s like he’s kind of like a different beast than those guys and how he, how he wins and everything.
This is good.
This is good for Panthers fans and good for MacMillan and good for the whole setup.
