Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld Earn Major Award Nominations originally appeared on Athlon Sports.

Buffalo Bills superstar Josh Allen and famed actress Hailee Steinfeld continue what has been a life-changing few months with the latest news involving award nominations as Hollywood’s awards season quickly approaches this summer.

First, Allen has been nominated for a 2025 ESPY Award in the Best NFL Player and Best Athlete categories. The Bills’ franchise quarterback earned his first NFL MVP award this year after eclipsing over 4,000 all-purpose yards and 40 total touchdowns.

Allen was also awarded for that performance financially, re-signing with the Bills on a massive six-year, $330 million contract that set an NFL record with $250 million guaranteed.

The ESPYs will take place on Wednesday, July 16 on ESPN and will be hosted by comedian Shane Gillis.

Steinfeld was also a part of a historic figure as her new movie “Sinners” with Michael B. Jordan became the highest-grossing original horror film in domestic box-office history.

In the spirit of nominations, Steinfeld has been named as one of five nominees for the Best Supporting Actress Award by the Astra Midseason Movie Awards, announced Monday. “Sinners” cast members are nominated for five other awards at the event, with winners being announced on Thursday, July 3.

Of course, this recognition pails in comparison to the milestone Allen and Steinfeld reached in getting married on May 31.

“I mean they’ve all been big, none other than marrying my best friend,” Josh said to reporters about his accomplishments.

“And she makes everything easier, so I don’t really focus on the other stuff. That was the most important decision I’ll make in my life, and I made the right one.”

The couple recently enjoyed their honeymoon, with Allen sharing pictures on Instagram with the caption: “Wifey ❤️”

Allen will have the early portions of this month to continue soaking in the success of this stage of his life before it’s time to report for duty at Bills training camp.

Buffalo will host camp at St. John Fisher University in Rochester, New York starting on July 23 with many practices that week open to the public.
