The Wisconsin Badgers picked up a pair of blue-chip recruits to close out the month of June, landing commitments from four-star running back Amari Latimer and four-star wide receiver Jayden Petit.
Now, with much of the summer recruiting done for the Badgers, it’s time to focus ahead to the 2025 season, where there are quite a few questions to answer.
It’s been well-reported that Wisconsin has one of the toughest schedules in the country next season, which is a major obstacle to overcome as they look to get back on track after an up-and-down two years.
Looking over to the men’s basketball team, the Badgers have their final roster settled after the commitment of Temple transfer forward Elijah Gray. Wisconsin had been targeting a stretch four with that final roster spot, but it wasn’t clear whether they’d look to the portal or overseas.
Gray’s commitment ended those questions, as Wisconsin suddenly looks deep with their rotation for the upcoming season, which was a major strength in 2024-25.
Now, it’s onto training camp to see who could impress and earn a bigger role than initially expected. There are minutes available at the back of the rotation, where freshmen could step up and play early.
I haven’t done the mailbag in a while, so I thought it’d be the perfect time to bring it back and answer all of your questions, regardless of the sport. Fire away, and I’ll answer them all in an article!
