One word that could be used to define the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ offense is loaded.
Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, Jalen McMillan, Emeka Egbuka, Cade Otton, Bucky Irving, Sean Tucker, and Rachaad White make up one of the best units in the NFC.

But with so much talent, a problem could arise – there’s only one football.
Baker Mayfield has to get every player targets because that’s how they contribute to the team, but with so many weapons, he won’t be able to get every player their ideal number of catches. This can cause players to become disgruntled, and it can lead to big problems. …
And that might be Bucs fans’ No. 1 fear right now.
But general manager Jason Licht, in speaking on Mad Dog Radio, has eased any fears that the offense might implode, given so many players want the ball.
“I think it goes to the character and fabric of this team and the way Todd [Bowles] has set the tone in the locker room,” Licht said. “I think we have a lot of unselfish players that just want to win at this point. I think if you were to ask Mike Evans what’s more important to him right now, I think it would be getting another Super Bowl.

The Buffalo Bills have the “everybody eats” mantra, and that served them well last season, and it looks like the Buccaneers will need something similar.
There are a lot of mouths to feed for Mayfield, and only so many passing attempts he will have in a single game. Will players be fine with only having one or two catches?
We will have to wait and see.
But Licht seems confident that what Bowles has built inside that locker room, it won’t matter who gets the catches, as long as the team wins, that’s all that matters.
Why? Because winning cures all.
