A majority of Americans are rooting for the Buffalo Bills to win Super Bowl LIX.

That’s according to data from BetOnline. According to the site, 33 states are rooting for QB Josh Allen and the Bills. 10 states are rooting for the Washington Commanders, four states are rooting for the Kansas City Chiefs and three states are rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles.

BetOnline said it used geotagged data from Jan. 19 to present-time and tracked fan hashtags in each state. Those hashtags were #BillsMafia, #RaiseHell, #ChiefsKingdom and #FlyEaglesFly. More than 200,000 Tweets (or posts on X) were tracked,

BetOnline said it believes that people joined the Bills Mafia for two reasons. One, they are a fan favorite. And two, the Bills are playing the Chiefs in the AFC Championship. The Chiefs, per BetOnline, are “hated” due to their recent success and the perception that they get preferential treatment from the referees.
