The 2025 NFL Draft is now in the books for the New York Jets. The New York Jets completed what looks like a strong and developing offensive line when they selected massive Missouri offensive tackle Armand Membou with the seventh overall pick in the first round. Membou joins last year’s first round pick, Olu Fashanu, as bookend tackles who will hopefully anchor the Jets’ offensive line for the next decade or so.
The Jets followed up the Membou selection by picking LSU tight end Mason Taylor with the 42nd overall pick in the second round. Taylor should provide an immediate upgrade and start in 2025 at tight end.
The rest of the Jets draft filled in the Jets roster with depth players who are likely to begin their Jets careers as backups. In time they may develop into larger roles with the team.
