He will wear nine different hats from the collection at the Bills’ home games during the 2025 NFL season that “were customized by patients at Oishei Children’s Hospital.”

“The hats will be auctioned off after the game to benefit The Patricia Allen Fund — named for Allen’s late grandmother — which supports the pediatric critical care team at Oishei,” WIVB writes.

Two of the “Billustration” hats are available on the website for $34.55, with the image being drawn by Allen in a video posted by the NFL in 2018, which was his rookie season. It has now become known as the potato.

The website also includes a section titled, ‘Josh’s Favorites,” which includes nine different hats, ranging from snapbacks, fitted, trucker, and even a bucket hat.
