With the college football season around the corner, ESPN reporter Ashley ShahAhmadi is turning heads on social media.

ShahAhmadi joined ESPN in August 2023. She specifically works with the SEC Network, covering top programs like Georgia and Texas. In addition to helping out the Worldwide Leader In Sports with its college football coverage, she has experience working with ESPN Radio for the NBA postseason.

Prior to joining ESPN, ShahAhmadi worked for Turner Broadcasting in Atlanta. She also covered the Atlanta Braves and Charlotte Hornets for Bally Sports South.

During last season’s SEC Championship Game between Georgia and Texas, ShahAhmadi went viral while hosting the Dr. Pepper Tuition Giveaway. Fans couldn’t help but rave about her appearance.

“Excuse me who is this Dr Pepper sideline reporter,” one fan asked.

“Somebody get me the contact information for the Dr.Pepper challenge reporter, I’m tryna congratulate her,” another fan wrote on X.

ShahAhmadi has been quietly enjoying her offseason. She announced in April that she’s expecting her first child with her husband.

A few days ago, ShahAhmadi provided an update on her summer adventures by sharing a plethora of photos on Instagram.

“Catching up,” ShahAhmadi wrote for her caption.

ShahAhmadi, an Emmy Award winning journalist, hasn’t announced an update on her status for the 2025 season.

For now, it’s unclear if ShahAhmadi will be on the sideline for Week 1. Obviously, fans would love to see her back in the spotlight.
