The Arizona Cardinals report to training camp on July 22 and begin the process of preparing for the regular season, forming the roster and determining starting jobs and roles on the team.

Next up is defensive lineman Anthony Goodlow.

Anthony Goodlow background, 2024 season

Goodlow was an undrafted free agent with the Rams in 2024 after six years of college football: five at Tulsa and for his final season at Oklahoma State. At OSU, he played 14 games with nine starts and had 42 tackles (18 solo, seven for loss) and 3.0 sacks. For his career, Goodlow had 155 tackles (75 solo, 28 for loss) and 15.0 sacks.

Waived with an injury settlement from injured reserve by the Rams on Sept. 6, he was signed to the Cardinals’ practice squad on Oct. 30 and spent the remainder of the season there.

Anthony Goodlow 2025 contract details, cap hit

Goodlow signed a one-year futures contract on Jan. 7 worth $840,000. There is no guaranteed money and that total is also the cap charge.

2025 questions, roster outlook

Goodlow has the ability, but faces an uphill battle to win a roster spot. He could earn a job on the practice squad.
