Entering the 2025 NFL Draft, the Broncos have a total of six picks. They have the 20th pick in the first round on Day 1, then the 51st overall pick (2nd round) and the 85th overall pick (third round) on Day 2. They’ll start off Day 3 with a fourth round pick with the 122nd overall pick before rounding out with three more picks in the sixth round (191, 197, and 208).

Round 1, Pick 20: CB, Jahdae Barron
There was some draft buzz about the Broncos aggressively looking to trade into the top ten, but that buzz fizzled out the minute Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty went to the hated Las Vegas Raiders.
After that, they looked to trade back from the 20th spot and found no deals they liked. Instead, they stood pat and selected Texas slot cornerback Jahdae Barron in the first round.
Barron finished his senior season at Texas with five interceptions and 11 total passes defensed. They also had both a fumble return for a touchdown and an interception return for a touchdown as a junior.

Round 2: Trade!
The Denver Broncos traded their 51st overall pick to the Carolina Panthers, moving down to the 57th spot. They also move up the board in both the third and fourth rounds. This is a decent trade and they must be confident they can get the guy they want at 57. A total of eight picks changed hands.
Round 2: Trade x2!
They were not done trading in the second round. As the 57th pick came up, they traded again — this time with the Detroit Lions. They would pick up an extra fourth round pick for this one giving them a late second rounder, an earlier third round, and two fourth rounders to go with their two remaining sixth round picks.
Round 2, Pick 60: RB, RJ Harvey
After two trades, the Broncos finally picked a player in the second round drafting UCF running back RJ Harvey. He had nearly 3,000 yards rushing and 42 total touchdowns over the last two seasons in college. Denver has its running back to pair with Audric Estime.
They could have gone either way at running back and it appears as though they are comfortable with Estime as the bruiser and RJ Harvey as the home-run threat. He was certainly productive in college:
2024: 1,577 yards for 22 TDs and 6.8 YPC
2023: 1,416 yards for 16 TDs and 6.3 YPC
He added a few more touchdowns in the passing game. This looks like a very good pick up for Denver and a potential explosive element to their offense. He finished last season with the second-most 10+ and 15+ yard runs in all of college football.

Round 3, Pick 74: WR, Pat Bryant
In what most would consider a bit of a reach as many draft pundits had Pat Bryant with a fifth or sixth round grade. He figures to be a strong blocking wide receiver and fights through muck on his routes.
It doesn’t feel like an impact-type game breaker of a player, but a guy that Sean Payton will be looking for to help make his offensive system run more efficiently. While not as exciting as the RJ Harvey pick, it doesn’t take much to understand why they reached for Bryant here on Day 2.

Round 3: Trade x3!
The Broncos have moved back into the third round! They have sent both their fourth round picks and their sixth in exchange for the 101st pick in the third round and the 134th pick in the fourth round.
Broncos have received 3-101 and 4-134 from Philadelphia for 4-111, 4-130 and 6-191.

Round 3, Pick 101: DE, Sai’vion Jones
With an aggressive play, the Broncos moved back into the end of the third round to select LSU defensive end Sai’vion Jones. He had a solid third round grade by many, so a good value pick by the Broncos here and a potential replacement for John Franklin-Myers or just more depth along an already strong defensive line.
A potential day 2 pick to watch for, Sai’vion Jones (LSU)
6-5 283 lbs with 34 inch arms.
1.59 10 yard split is top top tier in this class and at that size is absurd.

He is a very large man at 6’5”, 280 pounds. He finished last season with 4.5 sacks, 7.5 tackles for a loss, and two forced fumbles. He is described as a relentless and physical lineman with excellent pass rushing capability inside. I can see why the Broncos jumped back into the third round to get him and no allow teams to think about his availability heading into Saturday.

Round 4, Pick 134: EDGE, Quandarrius ‘Que’ Robinson
With their fourth round selection, the Broncos selected Alabama edge rusher Quandarrius Robinson. This is the kind of pick that could develop into a big time player for Denver. A lot of people see a hidden gem in this player.
#Broncos fans got an NFL-ready, versatile pass rush weapon in Que Robinson.
Que was a special teams ace for Alabama early in his career, and developed into a versatile EDGE/LB pass rusher who can work on all three downs.

Robinson will likely figure to be a big part of the Broncos’ special teams unit as a rookie. Nick Saban said of him, “He’s been a core special teams guy for us and one of our better special teams players probably ever, here.”
On defense, he played a pass rush role and piled up four sacks and a forced fumble last season. Overall, he looks like a developmental player with all the traits you’d like to see from an NFL starter. Day 3 is when you start taking chances on guys who have higher ceilings.
In just 163 career pass rushing snaps, Robinson generated 25 pressures and 5 sacks. That is insane production. Hopefully we see that translate into the NFL.

Round 6, Trade x4!
The trade moves were not done in this draft as the Broncos traded their 197th overall pick in the sixth round to the Houston Texans. Denver picks up two more picks: 216 in the 6th and 241 in the 7th.
Round 6, Pick 216: P, Jeremy Crawshaw
With the final pick of the sixth round, the Broncos finally made their second draft selection of day three. They would take Florida punter Jeremy Crawshaw with that 216th overall selection.
Crawshaw was a four-year starter at Florida and has a knack for getting punts downed inside the 10-yard line. While I’m not usually a fan of drafting kickers anywhere but the seventh round, this was close enough for me. Plus Denver has their competition at the position now once training camp arrives.
Round 7, Pick 241:
