Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence is entering the most important season of his NFL career. With that said, he received some motivation at practice on Thursday.

Lawrence missed seven games last season due to a concussion and shoulder injury. He finished the year with 2,045 passing yards, 11 touchdowns and seven interceptions. It was a disappointing campaign to say the least, especially after receiving a five-year, $275 million contract extension.
With Week 1 on the horizon, Lawrence has made it clear that he’s feeling pretty confident about his health as well as his abilities on the gridiron.
“I’m really excited just to be healthy,” Lawrence said. “It feels good doing a full offseason of therapy and rehab and trying to get back to where I can feel healthy. I’ve gotten to that point, so it feels really good. I’ve had an entire offseason of training and feel like I’m in really great shape. I’m throwing the ball well.”

There are at least two people who’ll be in Lawrence’s corner regardless of the results this season, his wife Marissa and their daughter Shae Lynn.

On Thursday, Marissa shared photos of her and Shae visiting Trevor at practice. It seemed like a precious moment for the Lawrence family.
“Visit dad at work day,” Lawrence’s wife wrote for her caption. “Camp Year 5! So excited for this year and couldn’t be more proud of 16! We love you babe.”

Unsurprisingly, most of Marissa’s followers had kind things to say.
“Cutest family,” an Instagram user commented.
“Duval’s first family,” a second person said.
“I can’t – these photos are so precious,” another person wrote.
Trevor and Marissa welcomed their first child into the world this past January.
“Shae Lynn Lawrence. Born 1/4/25 at 4:01 am. 10 pounds 2 oz. Mommy and daddy love you so much!!! Thank you Jesus for our girl,” Marissa wrote on Instagram.

Just a month ago, Trevor and Marissa went on their first summer vacation with their daughter. Of course, they’ll have plenty of time to travel the offseason after the 2025 season wraps up.
