Four Falcons players receive ratings over 90 in EA Sports’ Madden NFL 26

As NFL teams work their way through training camp, the developers over at EA Sports are gradually releasing the individual player ratings for “Madden NFL 26.” Thus far, the Atlanta Falcons have four players with ratings over 90, and one of the highest-rated rookies.

Jessie Bates III is Atlanta’s top-rated player and the highest-rated safety in the game (95 overall). Pro Bowl guard Chris Lindstrom isn’t far behind, earning a Madden rating of 94.

Falcons running back Bijan Robinson and wide receiver Drake London were also ranked top-10 at their positions. Robinson was the fifth-rated running back, earning a 92 rating. London was the ninth-ranked wide receiver, with an overall rating of 91.

Atlanta’s five-player rookie class was also revealed. First-round pick Jalon Walker was the sixth-highest-rated rookie (79 overall). James Pearce Jr. was rated slightly lower at 75 overall.

Head coach Raheem Morris gave an update on Walker prior to Thursday’s practice, saying the rookie is battling a minor hamstring injury. While Walker is still going through individual drills, the former Georgia standout is sitting out of team activities.

The team also signed veteran safety Henry Black and released wide receiver Makai Polk from the 90-man training camp roster.
