Quarterback Lamar Jackson is not at practice Monday with a pre-planned excused personal matter.
With Jackson not at practice, backup quarterbacks Cooper Rush and Devin Leary are in the spotlight on Monday.
A newer addition, TE Baylor Cupp, got work with the tight ends and fullbacks on Monday.
