The NFL Draft in Detroit concluded on Saturday afternoon, and we now have a complete Kansas City Chiefs draft class of 2025.
Here is the full class (seven selections):
DAY 1
On Day 1, the Chiefs traded back one selection, taking Ohio State left tackle Josh Simmons with the final pick of the first round.
DAY 2
Unlike last year — when the Chiefs had one selection on Day 2 — the club made three selections on Day 2 in 2025. Kansas City kept its original pick to take defensive tackle Omarr Norman-Lott at 63, then used the Titans’ pick from the L’Jarius Sneed trade to take defensive end Ashton Gillotte. The Chiefs closed the evening by trading up with the New England Patriots to snag cornerback Nohl Williams at No. 85.
DAY 3
The Chiefs began Day 3 by selecting Utah State’s Jalen Royals, a high-upside receiver who should compete to return kicks. Next, they traded with the Pittsburgh Steelers (surrendering the early seventh-rounder) to select Oregon linebacker Jeff Bassa. Kansas City finished the draft by flipping its final two picks to the Patriots to take SMU running back Brashard Smith at No. 228.
