The Bengals face the Commanders Aug. 18 in a rematch of last year’s contest, which Washington won 38-33 en route to a playoff appearance with then-rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels.

The Commanders are the second-favorite team to win the NFC East behind defending Super Bowl champion Washington Commanders.
The Bengals are 0-1 in the preseason after a nearly flawless start for quarterback Joe Burrow and the offense – the same can’t be said for the defense.
The expectation for the Bengals is available starters will play again in the second preseason game.
