The Arizona Cardinals begin their second week of the preseason missing a pair of veteran defensive linemen. Head coach Jonathan Gannon told reporters Tuesday that Justin Jones and Dalvin Tomlinson would not practice, as they are injured.
Jones has missed the last while with a knee injury. He did not play in the preseason opener against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Tomlinson played in the preseason opener, logging six defensive snaps with the starters. He was seen limping in the locker room after the game, but he was not announced as having exited the game with an injury.
Jones is in his second season with the team after signing a three-year deal in free agency. He played in only three games last season and missed the rest of the season with a torn triceps. He did not miss a game the two previous seasons with the Chicago Bears.
Tomlinson was an offseason addition in free agency, signing a two-year contract after he was released by the Cleveland Browns. He played in 16 of 17 games in each of the last two seasons.
Hopefully, they can return to practice to get some work at least in the joint practice on Thursday or perhaps in their preseason game on Sunday against the Denver Broncos. Neither would likely play the preseason finale next week against the Las Vegas Raiders.
