The Arizona Cardinals made two changes to the wide receiver room on Tuesday, signing rookie Kelly Akharaiyi and placing Trishton Jackson on injured reserve.

Akharaiyi began his career with Buffalo as an undrafted rookie free agent.

He played college football at Mississippi State catching 25 passes for 391 yards and two touchdowns in 2024.

He previously played at UTEP from 2022-23.

Akharaiyi will wear No. 36, the Cardinals announced.

Jackson was targeted once in the Cardinals’ first preseason game.

He has two career catches for nine yards in the NFL after playing seven games for the Minnesota Vikings last season.
