We’re less than a month away from the Washington Commanders taking the field against the New York Giants, and we now know what uniforms they will be wearing, not just for Week 1 but for the entire 2025 season.
The Commanders will be decked out in their “Monument White” jersey for their season opener against the Giants. They will wear the jersey a total of eight times this year — more than any of their other jerseys — including their primetime matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs as well as their game against the Miami Dolphins in Spain. You can purchase tickets to Washington’s Week 1 game **HERE.**
Washington’s “Legacy Burgundy” jerseys will be featured five times this season, starting with their Week 2 Thursday Night Football matchup with the Green Bay Packers and the following week against the Las Vegas Raiders at Northwest Stadium. Washington’s signature gold pants, which were added to the uniform combinations last season as a nod to the franchise’s history, will also return for the 2025 season. Washington’s “Battle Black” jerseys will be be worn one time this season during their primetime game against the Chicago Bears.
Washington’s alternate uniforms — the “Super Bowl Era” uniforms that were unveiled earlier this summer — will be worn three times this season, all of which are primetime or standalone games. The uniforms will be worn for the first time against the Seattle Seahawks, in which the team will officially retire Hall of Fame wide receiver Art Monk’s No. 81 jersey. The Commanders will also wear the “Super Bowl Era” uniforms against the Denver Broncos and the Dallas Cowboys on Christmas Day.
