Six Maryland football players were selected in the 2025 NFL Draft, the most since 1986.
Wide receiver Tai Felton was the first Terp off the board, drafted in the third round by the Minnesota Vikings. Linebacker Ruben Hyppolite II was taken in the fourth round by the Chicago Bears, while defensive tackle Jordan Phillips and safety Dante Trader Jr. were each selected in the fifth round by the Miami Dolphins. In the seventh and final round of the draft, wide receiver Kaden Prather and defensive tackle Tommy Akingbesote heard their names called, as they were selected by the Buffalo Bills and Dallas Cowboys, respectively.
Of the 12 players that participated in the program’s pro day on March 28, six went undrafted. This page will serve as a tracker for those player looking to find an NFL home.
