The Ravens signed Graham to a contract Monday.
The 2021 sixth-rounder will get an opportunity to make the Ravens’ 53-man roster as a depth piece in the secondary. Graham played four snaps on special teams in one regular-season game for the Steelers in 2024 and did not show up in the box score otherwise.
