IT HAS TWO STORIES RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. THIS IS WHERE THAT NEW PARK IS GOING TO GO IN TO CAP I-670, AND THE RESTAURANT HAS NEARLY 10,000FT, 1587 PRIME IS TAKING SHAPE. THERE’S STILL LOTS TO FINISH. THE 238 SEAT HIGH-END MODERN AMERICAN STEAKHOUSE WILL FEATURE EXPERIENTIAL FOOD AND LIVE MUSIC. THE BAR IS DOWNSTAIRS. KITCHEN AND MAIN DINING ARE UPSTAIRS. I’VE ALREADY FELL IN LOVE WITH KANSAS CITY AS A CITY WITH A LOT OF CULTURE, A GREAT HOSPITALITY. A COOL FEATURE WHEN YOU WALK THROUGH THE DOOR, IT’S ALMOST LIKE A STADIUM ENTRANCE AS YOU COME IN, AND THIS NARROWS, AND THEN BEHIND THESE FOUR REFRIGERATORS ARE THE MEATS. THE CUTS THAT YOU GET TO CHOOSE FROM ON WHAT YOU’RE GOING TO HAVE THAT NIGHT. I THINK IT’S GOING TO BE A VERY UNFORGETTABLE, UNIQUE EXPERIENCE THAT PEOPLE ARE GOING TO BE ABLE TO ENJOY. THEY’RE STILL FINALIZING THE MENU, BUT SAY IT WILL FEATURE FANTASTIC STEAKS, AMAZING DISHES, APPETIZERS AND DESSERTS, ALONG WITH A MASSIVE SELECTION OF WINE. Kansas City Chiefs fans, fine dining fanatics and everyone in between will soon be able to try out Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce’s steakhouse, 1587 Prime. In the video announcement, Mahomes and Kelce highlight their love for the city and their desire to bring something special to it. “What’s better than to break bread with people over good food, good drinks, a cool vibe?” Kelce said. He described the menu as “mind-blowing,” and Mahomes added that the food still has that “Kansas City feel.” “Kansas City loves food.
