The Denver Broncos made two roster moves following their preseason game against the Arizona Cardinals.

First, the Broncos placed backup offensive lineman Nick Gargiulo (knee) on their season-ending injured reserve list. Second, Denver signed fullback Adam Prentice. The team now has 91 players on the roster going into the final week of preseason.

The NFL’s offseason roster limit is 90 players, but Denver gets an exception for an extra 91st player because punter Jeremy Crawshaw is designated as an international player. Once the 53-man roster is set, teams can use an international exemption for the 16-player practice squad.

Crawshaw is set to serve as Denver’s punter this year, so he’s got a spot reserved on the active roster. So if the Broncos want to carry a 17th practice squad player in 2025, it will have to be a different international player than Crawshaw.

With those notes out of the way, here’s a look at the team’s updated preseason roster, sorted by position. Each player’s name includes a link to his Broncos Wire bio.

Denver will trim the roster down to 53 players by Aug. 26, then build a 16- or 17-player practice squad. Last year, the team’s initial practice squad included Burton, Tillman, Bailey and Badie.
