Atlanta will face off against Dallas in Friday’s preseason finale.
The Atlanta Falcons‘ offensive line has taken a hit as both Kaleb McGary and Storm Norton are expected to miss time due to injuries. McGary has an unspecified leg injury that forced him to be carted off during Wednesday’s practice.
Norton reportedly underwent an ankle surgery that is expected to keep him out for at least six weeks. While the Falcons have yet to make a move, the NFL’s 53-man roster deadline is less than a week away. Head coach Raheem Morris’ staff has one game left to evaluate the team’s offensive line depth behind McGary.
The Falcons signed edge Ronnie Perkins and waived/injured quarterback Emory Jones earlier in the week. Jones cleared waivers and reverted to the team’s reserve/injured list. Atlanta will face off against the Dallas Cowboys in Friday night’s preseason finale at 8 p.m. ET.
