GREEN BAY − The Green Bay Packers‘ initial 53-man roster gets finalized Tuesday, Aug. 26, ahead of their 2025 season opener against the Detroit Lions on Sept. 7.
Some of those cuts might come Monday, Aug. 25.
After a month of training camp practices and three preseason games, tough decisions will be made by Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst.
