LANDOVER, Md. (7News) — Northwest Stadium is rolling out some tasty new foods ahead of the Washington Commanders’ 2025-2026 season.
Some of those items include Commanders’ customs, like the W logo pretzel and a Double Patty Smash Burger with fries.
The organization teamed up with local vendors to give fans unique options that can be prepared quickly to enhance the overall fan experience.
With one of those new vendors, Marvin’s Chicken Sandwiches, fans can expect a down south experience; southern-style chicken sandwiches on brioche buns.
Customers can choose between the Marvin’s Nashville Chicken Sandwich and Marvin’s Bama Chicken Sandwich with a side of Onion rings.
Fans can also expect two popular DMV spots this season: DMV Crabrolls featuring Jumbo Lump Crab Roll and a Jerk Chicken Quesadilla, and District Taco featuring Pollo Asado Taco, Barbacoa Taco, and Mini Churros.
Commanders Chief Growth Officer Ben Cobleigh said the organization looked at three specific factors when considering concession items this season: speed of service, variety, and quality.
“For us, it was about making the biggest impact for the largest amount of people and improving the quality of those items,” Cobleigh said.
The team said they installed new bars around the concourse and new menu boards for easy ordering.
The Commanders’ 2025-2026 season kicks off at home against the New York Giants on September 7.
