While the Tennessee Titans were busy whittling down their roster to the league-mandated 53 players, they took some time to visit with and work out an unrestricted free agent.
NFL insider Aaron Wilson reported that the Titans held a workout with former Las Vegas Raiders linebacker Luke Masterson.
The 27-year-old Masterson entered the league as an undrafted rookie free agent with the Raiders following the 2022 NFL draft, and spent the past three seasons in Sin City.

During his career, Masterson has seen action in 37 games, making 10 starts and playing an integral role on special teams. He finished his Raiders career with 103 tackles, two fumble recoveries, one quarterback hit, and one pass defensed.
Masterson, who spent most of 2024 on injured reserve (IR) with a knee injury, became a free agent in March when the Raiders failed to tender him a restricted free-agent tender, making him an unrestricted free agent.
Tennessee kept four inside linebackers on its initial 53-man roster and appeared to be set at the top of the depth chart with Cody Barton, Cedric Gray, and James Williams. Curtis Jacobs rounds out the unit and profiles as more of a special teamer.
Although the Titans set their initial 53-man roster on Tuesday, they are expected to make multiple waiver moves once the window opens on Wednesday.
