Curtis signed a futures deal with the Cardinals in January and spent all offseason and preseason with them before being cut this past week.

He entered the NFL in 2023 as a rookie free agent out of Chattanooga. He signed with the Las Vegas Raiders but did not make the team and was signed to the Seattle Seahawks‘ practice squad. He spent 2023 and 2024 withe them and appeared in five games over two seasons, logging only playing time on special teams.

A few former Cardinals players also found teams. Offensive lineman Marquis Hayes joined the practice squad of the New York Jets and safety K’Von Wallace signed with the Minnesota Viking’s practice squad.
