Less than one week from regular season kickoff, the Pittsburgh Steelers just underwent some big changes regarding jersey numbers.
Headlined by rookie sensation DL Yahya Black, here are the six Steelers who changed their jerseys on Monday:

DL Yahya Black, No. 94 (previously wore No. 78)
DL Esezi Otomewo, No. 93 (previously wore No. 72)
OL Andrus Peat, No. 71 (previously wore No. 68)
RB Max Hurleman, No. 84 (previously wore No. 34)
DB D’Shawn Jamison, No. 38 (previously wore No. 17)
RB Trey Sermon, No. 37 (previously wore No. 27)
No. 94 was last worn by DT Dean Lowry, who suffered a season-ending knee injury at the start of August. Black also wore the number during his collegiate career at the University of Iowa.
It’s safe to say we’ll be seeing a lot of No. 94 jerseys in the stands if Black can capitalize on the momentum of his preseason breakout — with his first opportunity coming against the New York Jets in the Pittsburgh Steelers regular season opener on September 7, at 1 p.m. EST.
