The San Francisco 49ers are preparing for their Week 1 contest against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday at Lumen Field in Seattle, Washington.

Wide receiver Jordan Watkins (ankle) and defensive end Yetur Gross-Matos (knee) were the only active roster players to miss Wednesday’s practice due to injury. Both returned to the field, a positive sign that the 49ers are getting healthier to start the season.

Running back Christian McCaffrey is a newcomer to this week’s injury report. He was limited during practice due to a calf issue.

Minor roster notes: The 49ers have waived quarterback Carter Bradley from the injured reserve list with an injury settlement. Quarterback Tanner Mordecai, who was waived with an injury settlement on Wednesday, went unclaimed and is a free agent.

Below are Thursday’s practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Seahawks, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
