Former Jacksonville Jaguars star Allen Robinson II offered his services to the Kansas City Chiefs on Twitter after the defending AFC champions got off to a slow start against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 1.

Robinson, now 32 years old, was among the most dominant wide receivers in the NFL during the mid-2010s and spent last season with the Detroit Lions.

A former Penn State Nittany Lion, Robinson began his career in professional football with the Jaguars as a second-round pick in the 2014 NFL draft.

He was a Pro Bowler in 2015, after an impressive campaign that saw him end the season as the league’s co-receiving touchdowns leader.

Second-year wide receiver Xavier Worthy injured his shoulder on Kansas City’s first offensive possession and was officially ruled out for the rest of the Chiefs’ Week 1 matchup against Los Angeles.

If Kansas City’s front office decides it wants to add a veteran wideout in the coming weeks, Robinson would certainly be an intriguing acquisition for the defending AFC champions.
