The New York Jets and Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers downplayed their scheduled Week 1 clash in the days leading up to kickoff.
After the game, there was one side that had plenty to say about the reunion.

The Steelers took a 34-32 win. Considering that, it comes as no surprise the outspoken Rodgers had comments about his former team.
While the Jets, such as head coach Aaron Glenn, focused on themselves and said there will be no “moral victories,” Rodgers admitted the win felt extra special to him.
The QB noted he was happy to “beat everyone associated with the Jets” because he believes they wrote him off.
