Josh Allen on expectations this season, AFC rivalries and married life

Josh Allen talks all things NFL including AFC rivalries, his mindset ahead of the season and his partnership with Snickers.

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson got into a brief tussle with a fan during his “Sunday Night Football” game against the Buffalo Bills.

The incident unfolded after Jackson threw a 29-yard touchdown pass to DeAndre Hopkins. The NBC broadcast appeared to show the fan reaching over the front row of the stands at Highmark Stadium to hit both Hopkins and Jackson on the helmet.

Jackson responded by giving the fan a two-handed shove, which knocked the fan back. The broadcast did not show the aftermath of the altercation.

Below is a look at the incident in full:

The NFL created a Fan Code of Conduct for all 32 of its teams ahead of the 2008 NFL season. While the exact language of the policy varies from team to team, its basic tenets apply to spectators at all stadiums.

The Bills’ Code of Conduct specifically outlines “ANY conduct deemed to be inappropriate or dangerous to spectators, participants or Team Members” is prohibited. It also outlaws “interfering with the game (including entering the field or throwing objects onto the field.)”

Both would seemingly apply to the fan in question from Sunday’s game, though neither the Bills nor the NFL have yet provided a public update about the situation.
