Vaughn was the feel-good story of the 2023 NFL draft when he was selected in the sixth round, bringing his father, Chris, the Cowboys’ Assistant Director of College Scouting, to tears.

The Dallas running back room became crowded this offseason after they drafted both Jaydon Blue and Phil Mafah, along with singing veterans Javonte Williams and Miles Sanders.

Vaughn will be behind the likes of J.K. Dobbins, RJ Harvey, Tyler Badie and Jaleel McLaughlin on the Broncos running back depth chart.
