Watch: Giants brass confident Jaxson Dart can handle NY market
The Giants traded back into the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft to select Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart with the 25th pick acquired from Houston.
EAST RUTHERFORD – Former Green Bay Packers executive Andrew Brandt likes retelling the story of his favorite undrafted free agent negotiation every year on social media.
The Packers had negotiated with the player directly, and he was without an agent. The two sides came to a deal, and the team told the prospect the signing bonus would be $1,000.
“He said, no joke, ‘Mr. Brandt, I only have $200 now,'” Brandt recalled Sunday on Twitter, “‘but I promise I will bring the rest when I get there.’ I said, ‘No, no. We pay you.'”
The New York Giants have had their success with undrafted free agents, but none more than with Victor Cruz, who went on to become a Pro Bowler and star for their Super Bowl XLVI championship team while setting records. Tommy DeVito stayed home and cemented his place as a local legend as a rookie. On the current roster, offensive guard Jake Kubas has shown enough promise where he could challenge for a starting spot in his second year.
The Giants picked seven players in the 2025 NFL draft, headlined by the first-round tandem of edge rusher Abdul Carter and quarterback Jaxson Dart. Now, general manager Joe Schoen, head coach Brian Daboll and their staffs turn their sights on the undrafted free agent market.
We’re tracking who they are reaching agreement with and eventually signing throughout Saturday night and into next week. The Giants will hold their rookie camp on the weekend of May 9-10.

NY Giants UDFAs 2024: Track all the signingsBeaux Collins, WR, Notre Dame
The 6-foot-3, 201-pounder is a physical presence and looks great on the practice field. Inconsistencies in his game were likely the difference between getting drafted and fighting for an opportunity as a UDFA.
Antwane “Juice” Wells, WR, Ole Miss
He’s a physical possession receiver who clearly has the trust of new Giants QB Jaxson Dart, having played together with the Rebels. He offers intriguing value as a physical possession receiver with big-play capability.
Dalen Cambre, WR/ST, Louisiana
It’s rare to see a special teams ace in college football, but Cambre is just that. He is an exceptional gunner and earned All-American honors for Pro Football Focus. Also held on field goals. Cambre will be an interesting prospect to watch.
Jordan Bly, WR, Gardner-Webb
Ran a 4.3. He’s the son of former NFL defensive back Dre Bly, who is currently on the Jets coaching staff. Also played at Old Dominion.
Jaison Williams, OL, Youngstown State
The 6-foot-4, 320-pound tackle models his game after Trent Williams.
Makari Paige, S, Michigan
A 6-foot-3, 197-pound safety, Paige led all Michigan DBs last season with 45 tackles, which included one for loss as well as six pass breakups, two interceptions and a blocked kick on special teams.
R.J. Delancy, DB, Wisconsin
Was teammates with Giants third-round pick Darius Alexander at Toledo before transferring for his final season at Wisconsin. Provided depth for the Badgers and was more productive in three previous years with the Rockets.
Da’Quan Felton, WR, Virginia Tech
Production took a dip this past season, but he’s a height-weight-speed prospect [6-5, 213] with traits that the Giants will try to get the most out of.
Jermaine Terry, TE, Oregon State
Transferred from Cal and played one season with the Beavers. He’s 6-4, 255 and a dual threat as a receiver and blocker.
