When the Cleveland Browns selected former Ohio State running back Quinshon Judkins in the second round of the 2025 NFL draft, they did not expect the move to be surrounded with this sheer volume of drama. But after navigating it all and going through the process, Judkins is now signed with the Browns and set to make his NFL debut against the Baltimore Ravens in Week Two of the NFL season.
Judkins’ NFL career hit a pause in July when he was formally charged with domestic assault and battery. This meant Cleveland stepped away from signing Judkins to a rookie contract, putting his entire rookie season in limbo. However, once the charges were dropped in mid-August, Judkins signed his rookie contract and is now going full speed with his Cleveland teammates.

And not a moment too soon. The Browns are 0-1 after one week and preparing to take on the dangerous Baltimore Ravens. Cleveland can use Judkins’ 3,785 career rushing yards from college to add some punch to an anemic offense.
