Will Harris is having a pathetic night.

From start to finish, Thursday was brutal for the Washington Commanders. The Green Bay Packers dominated Washington in a 27-18 win on Thursday Night Football. The final score didn’t tell the entire story, as the Packers controlled the game at the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball, and the Commanders made Jordan Love look like Tom Brady.

Washington’s high-powered offense? It looks like it remained in Ashburn, as the Commanders managed just 230 total yards. Many of those yards came on a final scoring drive where the game was already out of reach. Quarterback Jayden Daniels had probably his worst NFL game. While he completed 24 of 42 passes for two touchdowns, he passed for only 200 yards. Almost everything Daniels attempted downfield, which wasn’t much, was off-target.

The Commanders’ running game, which rolled up 220 yards in Week 1, had just 51 on Thursday. Washington’s defense was equally as bad, looking nothing like it looked against the Giants on Sunday.

Washington fans weren’t happy. For many, it looked like a return to the pre-Dan Quinn era with wide-open receivers everywhere and zero pass rush matched by a punchless offense.

Here’s how social media reacted:

Most uninspired game of football we’ve seen in the Jayden era. Everyone. Every single player and coach. Not a bright spot to be found.

Amos hurt. Wise out for the year. Offense totally out of sync. Lattimore is absolute toast. Did I miss anything?

Embarrassing night. If you are an old school Redskins fan like me, you remember the feeling well. Especially on prime time.

Think we’ve seen the last of Deatrich Wise as a Commander. Dude was nice last week.

Al Michaels: “I don’t know what we expected, but certainly out of Washington’s offense we Expected a hell of a lot more, didn’t we?

Your answer to man coverage on 4th and 4 is an isolated slant to your 4th round rookie receiver?

Kliff Kingsbury is the most overrated NFL coach I think I’ve ever seen. He had a decent entertaining run in college and has been absolute dog shit in the NFL. This photo gave him at least a decade of guaranteed NFL jobs cause he’s a good looking cool white male with cool hair.

Very brave of Dan Quinn and Kliff Kingsbury to look at their success with Jayden Daniels last year and change nothing with the offense outside of no longer going for it on fourth downs.

Marshon Lattimore is a major, major concern. Could care less how “good” he looked in camp, in live reps against any capable offense since last year’s deadline he is picked on rep after rep after rep.

It’s a problem for DC.
