LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Ashton Jeanty is officially a Raider.

The sixth-overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft put pen to paper for his rookie contract on Thursday, the team announced.

Jeanty’s four-year contract is fully guaranteed for $35.9 million, with a fifth-year option for the 2029 season.

His average annual salary of almost $9 million makes him the 11th-highest paid running back in the NFL, according to figures from OverTheCap.com.

Las Vegas used its top pick in the draft last month to select Jeanty, who set numerous records at Boise State. The team already announced he will wear No. 2, his number from college.

The Raiders also announced the signings of seven other draft picks: quarterback Cam Miller, defensive tackles JJ Pegues and Tonka Hemingway, tackle Charles Grant, wide receiver Tommy Mellott, guard Caleb Rogers, and linebacker Cody Lindenberg.

That leaves wide receivers Jack Bech and Dont’e Thornton Jr. and cornerback Darien Porter as the only selections still unsigned.

Rookie minicamp begins Friday, May 9.
