The Los Angeles Rams came out of their Week 1 win over the Houston Texans a bit banged up, suffering several injuries on offense. Steve Avila, Kevin Dotson and Colby Parkinson were the most notable injuries, with Puka Nacua also suffering a cut above his eye that required stitches.
Heading into Week 2, the Rams had multiple players miss practice time and as a result, two of them won’t play against the Tennessee Titans today. The Rams announced their list of inactives for Week 2 and both Avila and Parkinson will not play, as expected. They were each listed as doubtful coming into the game so the fact that they’re inactive isn’t surprising.

Jarquez Hunter is active for the first time after being a healthy scratch last week, so he’ll be the third running back. Cody Schrader was signed off the Rams’ practice squad by Jacksonville after being promoted to the game-day roster last year, causing Hunter to be inactive.
The Titans’ inactives also include a pair of starters. T’Vondre Sweat and JC Latham are both sidelined by injuries and will not play against the Rams today.
Below is the Titans’ full list of inactives.
