Arizona Cardinals Wednesday injury report: Did not participate

Johnson is considered day-to-day, so Thursday could be crucial if there’s any chance of him playing Sunday. Another DNP could end up having him sidelined. There’s no question the Cardinals will be careful and smart with his injury.

Limited participation

T Kelvin Beachum (not injury related/rest)

*T Paris Johnson Jr. (knee)

LB Cody Simon (concussion)

The good news is that Melton was limited and we’ll see how he progresses in the next two days of practice. Reiman and Simon, who both did not play against the Panthers, got in some work in their return to practice. Johnson and Stills were additions to the walking wounded, so it will also be important if their workload increases in the next two days.

Normally, veterans given a rest day do not practice, but Beachum did get some limited work.
