GRIDLEY,
CA (MPG) -The 10u Gridley Titans took on the Anderson Cubs this past
Saturday at home in Gridley.
The
Titans got on the board early when Boss Davis tackled the Quarterback causing a
fumble in his own end zone, resulting in a safety for Gridley.
The
Titans steamrolled the Cubs with touchdowns by Kobe Neal (2), Boss Davis (1)
and Tyler Smith (1).

The
big story of the day belonged to a pair of Titans, Truett Crislip and Rhett
Moffitt. Truett scored his first touchdown of his career and Rhett score the
extra point which was his first time in the end zone as well.
The Titan’s
defense was lights out with plays from many but one that stood out was made by
Jayceon Ervin. Ervin had a huge tackle for a loss that shut down Anderson’s
drive.
The
Titans travel to Weed next week to take on the Siskiyou Trojans.
