Highland Park, Schlagle football game reportedly ends early due to fight

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – A Meadowlark Conference contest between Highland Park and Schlagle ended early at Hummer Sports Park on Friday, Sept. 19.

The game reportedly ended due to a fight in the third quarter, with Highland Park leading Schlagle, 36-18, with 1:17 left.

13 NEWS has reached out to Kansas State High School Activities Association for comment and we received the following:

“We are reviewing video and discussing with game officials and school administration to determine appropriate steps.”
