Despite suffering a knee injury on Thursday and not practicing on Friday, Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft is expected to play on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns, per Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.

The Packers listed Kraft as questionable to play on the final injury report. He was injured at practice on Thursday, but testing post-practice ruled out a major injury, and coach Matt LaFleur left the door open to Kraft playing against the Browns if he was medically cleared and confident in his ability to avoid a more significant injury.

It appears the injury was more scare than actual damage, and Kraft — who is tough as nails and has played in all 36 regular season games since entering the NFL — is expected to play just three days later.

Kraft’s availability will ensure Jordan Love has one of his top weapons against a tough Browns defense on Sunday.

Kraft, a third-round pick in 2023, leads the Packers in receptions (eight), receiving yards (140) and touchdown catches (2) to start 2025. He is averaging 17.5 yards per catch and 12.7 yards per target through two games.

The Packers are traveling to Cleveland on Saturday ahead of Sunday’s noon CT kickoff at Huntington Bank Stadium.

Kraft’s availability will be known officially come 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, when gameday inactives are due to be announced. The only other questionable player for the Packers is right tackle Zach Tom, who missed last week with an oblique injury.
